Looking to plan your next event? The fields at Crescent Ridge Dairy Bar is the perfect spot! We can provide everything you need for the perfect ice cream party at our Sharon, MA location! Enjoy ice cream with your partygoers within view of our herd of cows, under our events tent & picnic tables!

  • We charge a fee of $50 for a two-hour event in our field space. Additional time can be added to your event with a fee. Other than the event fee, the only other cost is the ice cream purchased on the day of your event. All ice cream products for events are priced at their regular retail price.  ext goes here

  • There are two options for your event attendees to order ice cream. The first option, which is more common, is having an open tab during your event. In this case, your event would have a designated window to order at, and attendees would be given vouchers to order. Our employees would keep a running tally of what is ordered, and you would pay your tab (along with the event fee) at the duration of your event.  

    The other option is for each attendee to pay for themselves, and in this case, we would still be able to provide a designated window for your event to decrease wait times while ordering.  re

  • We can offer any of our scooped ice cream products to your event attendees. In addition, if you would like to offer a “limited menu” (only certain sizes or products), we can accommodate this upon request.  xt goes here

  • Our field area can comfortably accommodate 40 to 50 individuals. While we don’t have a “maximum” for the number of attendees allowed, any more than 60 to 70 individuals may start to feel crowded in our field event area.  

  • Our field event area has three long picnic tables covered by a tent. We are also able to provide additional folding tables and pop-up tents upon request.  

  • Examples of common items we allow you to bring to your field event include additional tables, decorations, outside food and non-alcoholic beverages, lawn games, and portable speakers. 

    If you have questions about bringing additional items not listed above, please contact us about them.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate bounce houses or inflatable water slides. You can't bring your own kiddie pools, dogs, cats, animals of any kind etc. -JP


  • Typically, we can allot 30 minutes before the start of your event to set up the area with anything you might need. If you are interested in this, please inform us so we can confirm that we can accommodate this request.  Although we strive to give everyone additional set up time there are times when parties are booked back-to-back and we cannot. We are usually able to accommodate.... -JP GM

  • We are more than happy to offer a custom ice cream cake for your field event. These orders must be placed at least seven days before your event and paid for in full when the ice cream cake order is placed.  

  • We are more than happy to answer any additional questions you may have. Feel free to include these questions in your field event inquiry submission, and we will be sure to answer them.
